Location: The property is being built in the heart of the Dachstein region - the skiing and hiking resort of Schladming. On the south side of the modern residential complex you can see the World Cup finish slope of the Planai. Despite the quiet residential area, you can reach the centre of Schladming and all the necessary facilities in just a few minutes' walk. In summer, the countless hiking trails in the surrounding area make the hearts of nature lovers beat faster, and in the winter months, the ski slope panorama of Ski-Amadé will thrill you.

Facilities: Four luxurious flats with a living space of between 61 and 115 m² are being built. Because there are only a few residential units, you can enjoy quiet days in your own home. Two residential units are located on the ground floor with a quiet garden and two maisonettes are situated on the upper and attic floors with spacious roof terraces and sauna. During construction, we attach great importance to ecological building methods, which is why, among other things, a PV-system is installed on the roof for energy-efficient use.

Construction method: As with most of our projects, our main focus is on creating a feel-good atmosphere through the use of many wooden elements in combination with open and bright spaces. The 1st floor as well as the attic will be built in a timber frame construction. The property is heated by an efficient air-source heat pump, which is fed into the PV system on the roof for the best possible use of existing resources. The underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The turnkey handover is expected to take place in summer 2024.
